2nd BTI Bioinformatic Course (2013)

We are proud to announce that the registration for the next 2nd BTI Bioinformatics Course is now open for PGS members. The dates will be from March 19th to May 7th (Every Tuesday from 1.00 to 3.00 pm in the BTI Atrium).

The content:

Why we do have this year these 4 sessions ? We think that the most popular topic is RNAseq analysis, and we want to teach you the set of skills that you will probably need for this.
We had some discussions about alternatives, such as Galaxy. We think that it is a great tool, but with some limitations to some parts of the analysis (For example to do a de-novo transcriptome assembly or to do some data mining using CummeRBund). If you have any comment or suggestion, please let us know.

If you would like to attend the course, please fill the form bellow and submit. We will be glad to see you there.
