2015 Course

The registration for the fourth BTI Bioinformatics Course is now open for members from the Boyce Thompson Institute for Plant Research who are taking the course for the first time. The course will start on March 17th and there will be a two hours session every Tuesday 10AM-12PM in the BTI Atrium. The program of the course will cover the introduction to basic languages used in bioinformatics, as UNIX and R, basic NGS data analysis, such as processing, mapping and assembling, and its applications to RNASeq.

The maximum capacity for this course will be 20 seats, so please register as soon as possible.
