2014 Course

The registration for the 3rd BTI Bioinformatics Course is now open for members from the Boyce Thompson Institute for Plant Research. The course will start on February 25th and there will be a two hours session every Tuesday from 2.00 to 4.00 pm in the BTI Atrium. The program of the course will cover the introduction to basic languages used in bioinformatics, as UNIX and R, basic NGS data analysis, such as processing, mapping and assembling, and its applications to RNASeq.

The maximum capacity for this course will be 20-22 seats, so please confirm your assistance as soon as possible.

We already completed the maximum capacity of the BTI Atrium, so we will try to fit everybody in the room. Last people in the registration list could not have a seat available but will be the first in get one in case we can increase the capacity of the course.
